1. About SoundTribute.com

SoundTribute creates personalized musical and/or slideshow tributes based on the information you submit. These tributes are designed to honor and celebrate individuals for occasions including (but not limited to): memorials & remembrance, weddings & engagements, anniversaries, date invitations, graduations & achievements, tributes to loved ones, healing & get-well messages, birthdays, bachelor & bachelorette tributes, friendships, thank-you messages, and “just because” moments.

Each tribute is custom-made and unique.

2. Your Submissions

By submitting content (including text, stories, audio, photos, or other materials), you grant SoundTribute.com permission to:

• Use the submitted material solely for the purpose of creating your personalized tribute
• Contact you regarding your submission or order

Public Sharing (Opt-In Only)

If you explicitly opt in by ticking the relevant checkbox, you grant us permission to upload your completed tribute to public platforms such as Spotify, YouTube Music, and Apple Music for promotional and commercial purposes.

• Opting in is entirely voluntary
• It has no impact on your order, pricing, or delivery
• We will never publish your tribute publicly without your clear consent

If a tribute is shared publicly, it will remain anonymous, unless you provide explicit written permission to include identifying names.

Important Disclaimer – Recipient Reaction

Tributes are created based entirely on the information provided by the purchaser. SoundTribute.com is not responsible for how a tribute is received or interpreted by its recipient.

SoundTribute.com and its team will not be held liable for any emotional response, offense taken, misunderstanding, domestic disagreement, or personal consequence arising from the content, delivery, or interpretation of a tribute.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use SoundTribute.com for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit content that is offensive, defamatory, hateful, or infringing on third-party rights
• Submit copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or misuse our systems or services

SoundTribute.com reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any tribute request that contains content we reasonably believe to be offensive, defamatory, unlawful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.

4. Music Creation, Style & Vocal Disclaimer

SoundTribute uses advanced music-generation technologies to create original tributes. While you may request specific musical styles or vocal types (such as male, female, or duet), we cannot always guarantee an exact match.

Due to the creative and technical nature of music generation:

• Vocal tone, gender, accent, harmony, or stylistic nuances may vary
• Musical style interpretations may differ slightly from expectations

To ensure fairness and value, each credit includes two (2) tribute versions, allowing you to choose the one you prefer. This policy exists specifically to account for natural variation in creative output and provides you with flexibility and choice at no additional cost.

5. Eligibility and Legal Capacity

To use our services, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older, OR
• Be under 18 only if a parent or legal guardian places the order on your behalf and supervises its use.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are legally able to enter into this agreement
• All information you provide is truthful and accurate
• You are authorized to submit the content provided

SoundTribute.com reserves the right to refuse service if these conditions are not met.

6. Delivery, Edits & Image Uploads

We aim to deliver tributes within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.

Once an order is submitted and marked as complete, production begins. Therefore:

• Changes or edits are not guaranteed after submission
• If you need a change, please contact us as soon as possible
• Once production has started, edits may no longer be possible

Please ensure all submitted details are accurate and final before placing your order.

File Storage and Availability

Completed tributes may be stored on SoundTribute.com systems for a limited period. Users are responsible for downloading and saving their tribute files after delivery. SoundTribute.com cannot guarantee permanent storage or indefinite availability of files.

Slideshow Tributes

Slideshow tributes combine music with user-submitted images to create a video presentation. Users may upload up to 50 images per slideshow tribute.

7. Payments and Refunds

• All prices are clearly displayed at checkout
• Payment is required at the time of order

Because tributes are custom-made and personalized, refunds are generally not available once creation has begun, except in cases of:

• A technical failure
• An error caused directly by SoundTribute.com

If an issue arises, please contact us and we will aim to resolve the matter fairly and reasonably.

8. Intellectual Property

All tributes created by SoundTribute.com are original works.

Upon delivery, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tribute for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the tribute without explicit permission.

9. Image and Likeness Rights
   By uploading photographs or other visual content, you confirm that you have the legal right or permission to use and share the images, including permission from any identifiable individuals appearing in those images where required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoundTribute.com and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our services
• Delays, interruptions, or variations in creative output
• Emotional or personal responses to a tribute

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
